Andy Dalton Nominated For GMC Never Say Never Moment of the Week

In the wake of the Cincinnati Bengals comeback victory over the Buffalo Bills, a team the Bengals haven't beaten since the 1988 AFC Championship game suffering ten consecutive losses, the quarterback that engineered the second half comeback is nominated for this week's GMC Never Say Never Moment of the Week, an award given to a player that represents determination and perseverance. After a poor start with a first half passer rating of just over 15 (which included two first-half interceptions, including one pick-six), Dalton and the Bengals offense engineered a 20-point second half, dissolving a 14-point half time deficit with a game-winning field goal as time expired.

During the second half, Dalton completed 11 of 16 passes for 182 yards passing with two touchdowns (one passing, one rushing).

The GMC Never Say Never Moment of the Week is a fan vote, so go here and make sure to vote Dalton. Other nominations include Calvin Johnson's two fourth quarter touchdown receptions, rallying the Lions to overcome a 24-point deficit over the Dallas Cowboys. San Francisco running back Frank Gore was in a walking boot earlier in the week, posting 127 yards rushing in a comeback 24-23 win over the Philadelphia Eagles.
