Inactive Report: Carlos Dunlap, Andre Smith Out Against Texans

New, comments

The Bengals have been banged up lately and this week is no exception. While the player that many Bengals fans were worried about the most, Nate Clements, is active against the Texans, Carlos Dunlap, Andre Smith and Brian Leonard are all inactive due to injuries suffered either last week in Pittsburgh or before.

Joining Dunlap, Smith and Leonard on the inactive list are safety Robert Sands, linebacker Dontay Moch, guard Clint Boling and wide receiver Ryan Whalen.

Anthony Collins is expected to start at right tackle in Smith's place. This will be Collins' fist start since the Bengals' Week 10 game against the Colts from the 2010 season.

For the Texans, we already knew that wide receiver Andre Johnson was going to miss Sunday's game, but joining Johnson are quarterback Jeff Garcia, cornerback Brandon Harris, guard Thomas Austin, offensive tackle Andrew Gardner, tight end Garrett Graham and defense end Tim Bulman.

Brian Cushing, who missed two practices this week, is active against the Bengals.
