Bengals Aren't Surprised Carson Palmer Put House On The Market

Carson Palmer made waves this week after a report surfaced by WCPO's Dennis Jansen that the franchise quarterback, who wants nothing to do with the franchise, is putting his $2 million Indian Hills home on the market. Did it surprise the Bengals?

According to Geoff Hobson, the move didn't appear to "take the Bengals by surprise."

Indications are they still have no plans to trade him or explore a trade and they are hoping for a reconciliation. The sale seems to have been in the works for a while. Palmer revealed late last year that trash had been dumped on his property during the season.

Carson Palmer requested a trade from the Bengals, preferably to a West Coast team, or else he'll retire, confident that the money he's saved over his career is more than enough to care for his family.
