Marcus Cannon, OT/OG, TCU

The Seattle Seahawks select Marcus Cannon, OT/OG TCU. After a rather lackluster 2010, Shawn Andrews will likely be kicking back outside to his natural tackle position but, as it's been roughly three full seasons- and one major knee surgery, since Andrews played at an elite level, he's not a lock to start on the right opposite Russell Okung. Former right tackle, Sean Locklear(no relation), is probably toast. On the inside, Max Unger has the center covered but both guards are essentially in flux. Though he's probably not quite athletic enough for the left tackle position at this level, Marcus Cannon could certainly at least press Andrews on the right. More importantly, he could come straight in and start at either guard spot. At surprisingly quick 6'-5", 360lbs., Marcus Cannon should help solidify the front lines of the Seahawks' ball control/play action offense.
