A.J. Green And Andy Dalton To Attend Skill Position Workouts Next Week

Bengals quarterback Jordan Palmer might not the most popular candidate to become the team's starting quarterback in Cincinnati, but he's doing whatever he can to win the job. According to Joe Reedy of the Cincinnati Enquirer, Palmer will hold another workout with the team's "quarterbacks, wide receivers, tight ends and running backs." Joining Palmer in San Diego will be rookie quarterback Andy Dalton and wide receiver A.J. Green. Jerome Simpon tweeted last week that Dalton was joining the skill players workout in California.

This is the routine that's largely been setup. Skill players workout in California while a collection of defensive players and offensive players workout together at Ignition APG in Mason. On Friday, Simpson was running routes while cornerback Adam Jones covered with other defensive players in the background were doing additional workouts. You can see a lot of the players working out at Ignition APG here.

Andrew Whitworth hosted a workout for offensive linemen last week.
