Even though the Buccaneers already have two starting cornerbacks in Ronde Barber and Aqib Talib, the reported bid for Joseph could be an indication that they're moving towards getting Talib "out of the building." Also according to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press, the San Francisco 49ers have expressed interest in Johnathan Joseph.
