Andy Dalton Will Enter The Second Half In The 2012 NFL Pro Bowl

Bengals rookie quarterback Andy Dalton (soon we'll be ditching one of those words) joined his AFC teammates earlier this week in preparation for this year's Pro Bowl as the Conference's third-string quarterback behind starter Ben Roethlisberger and Phillip Rivers. According to Geoff Hobson of Bengals.com, Dalton will enter the game at some point in the second half.

Dalton will be joined with teammates tight end Jermaine Gresham, defensive tackle Geno Atkins and wide receiver A.J. Green, who was originally named to the Pro Bowl when the rosters were initially announced. But Dalton is taking in the experience while talking to the league's All-Stars.

"For the four of us just to be around these guys that have been to a lot of Pro Bowls, it’s great," Dalton said. "It gives us exposure; it gives us something to build off for the future."

The Pro Bowl is scheduled to kickoff at 7 p.m. on Sunday, January 29 on NBC.
