For the second time in as many weeks the Cincinnati Bengals have significantly jumped in the mainstream power rankings (that we're keeping an eye on). Following their win against the Cleveland Browns, the Bengals average ranking was 17.4. After beating the Jaguars 27-10 on Sunday, Cincinnati's average ranking sits outside the top-ten at No. 11. And of course the always reliable Pete Prisco has Cincinnati at No. 6
