NFL Player Of The Week Awards For Week Four

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green was one of eight nominations for this week's AFC Offensive Player of the Week, won by New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady. Green posted six receptions for 117 yards receiving and a touchdown during Cincinnati's 27-10 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

During New England's 52-28 win over the Buffalo Bills, Brady posted 340 yards passing, three touchdowns and a passer rating of 120.1. Other nominations included

• New England rookie running back BRANDON BOLDEN, who rushed for 137 yards on 16 carries (8.6 average) with one touchdown.
• Baltimore wide receiver ANQUAN BOLDIN, who had nine catches for 131 yards (14.6 average) in the Ravens’ 23-16 win over Cleveland.
• New England tight end ROB GRONKOWSKI, who had five catches for 104 yards (20.8 average) with one touchdown reception.
• Denver quarterback PEYTON MANNING, who completed 30 of 38 passes (78.9 percent) for 338 yards with three touchdowns versus zero interceptions and a 130 passer rating.
• New England running back STEVAN RIDLEY, who rushed for 106 yards on 22 carries (4.8 average) with two touchdowns.
• Miami rookie quarterback RYAN TANNEHILL, who completed 26 of 41 passes (63.4 percent) for 431 yards with one touchdown and an 86.5 passer rating in the Dolphins’ 24-21 overtime loss at Arizona.
• New England wide receiver WES WELKER, who had nine receptions for 129 yards (14.3 average).
