Rookie wide receiver Marvin Jones continues rehabilitating a knee injury that he suffered against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week Seven. He sat against the Denver Broncos and he's sitting against the New York Giants on Sunday. Snapping a streak of 66 games played, safety Reggie Nelson is out this Sunday with a hamstring.
Defensive tackle Pat Sims will make his NFL debut this weekend against the Giants, forcing rookie Devon Still to sit alongside Brandon Thompson. Cornerback Jason Allen, wide receiver Armon Binns and tight end Richard Quinn are also inactive on Sunday.

As for the New York Giants, safety Kenny Phillips and linebacker Jacquian Williams were declared out earlier this week, as is cornerback Michael Coe who was placed on Injured Reserve. Former Bengals linebacker Keith Rivers, questionable this week with a calf, is also out. He's only been active during five of ten games this year.
TE Adrian Robinson, WR Jerrel Jernigan, DT Marvin Austin and DE Adewale Ojomo are also out for the Giants.
