On Wednesday Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton was named AFC Offensive Player of the Week, putting together arguably one of his best games against the New York Giants during his young NFL career. However he wasn't the only Bengals player recognized this week.

Bengals defensive end Carlos Dunlap was nominated for AFC Defenisve Player of the Week, generating five tackles, 1.5 quarterback sacks, three hits on the quarterback and a fumble recovery -- that was forced by Adam Jones on running back Ahmad Bradshaw. The award eventually went to Indianapolis Colts cornerback Darius Butler, who killed it against the Jacksonville Jaguars with two picks, one pick-six, a fumble recovery and four tackles.

Defensive end Michael Johnson is the only Bengals player to win AFC Defensive Player of the Week award this year, back in Week Three where he generated three quarterback sacks on Robert Griffin III.

Still the Bengals had one of their best all-around games in a very long time. And it shows.
