Raiders Take Advantage Of Good Field Position And Get On The Board

After the Bengals came out of the locker room sluggish and went three and out to begin the third quarter, the Raiders received great field position on their first possession of the second half. Starting at the 50-yard line, the Raiders only moved the ball 12 yards and set themselves up for a 55-yard field goal attempt by Sebastian Janikowski.

The big kicker from Oakland matched Mike Nugent's 55-yard bomb and got the Raiders on the board. The Bengals' shutout is over, but they still lead 24-3 midway through the third quarter.
