Ross, who will turn 30 in September, has played every season with the New York Giants during his five-year career. Last year he set career highs in interceptions (4), tackles (60) and passes defensed (12). On the other hand, Ross allowed an opposing quarterback rating of 98.0, a 65.6 percent completion rate for 871 yards receiving and six touchdowns.

He's believed to be the first free agent reportedly visiting the Bengals nearly three hours into free agency.
