It was reported yesterday that free agent defensive end Frostee Rucker would be visiting other teams. One of the teams he will be visiting today is the Cleveland Browns, and per reports, the talks are fruitful. The Cincinnati Enquirer's Joe Reedy tweets that the acquisition of Frostee Rucker by the Cleveland Browns is imminent.
Not done yet, but Frostee Rucker to the Browns likely wrapped up by the end of the day
With Rucker all but out the door and the New England Patriots hard in pursuit of Jonathan Fanene, the Bengals could lose two important pieces from the dominant 2011 defensive line. Free agency has only just begun, but losing Rucker starts it out on a sour note. If Fanene leaves as well, then adding depth to the defensive line would be added to the list of offseason needs.
