You may remember Porter as the cornerback who picked off Peyton Manning for a pick-six, ruining the Colts' chances of a comeback in Super Bowl XLIV. He's coming off a one-interception season, and in his career, he has made 194 tackles, one sack, 32 passes defensed and picked off seven passes.
He could be a solid cornerback for the Bengals while Leon Hall gets back on his feet and a rookie cornerback adjusts to the NFL.
