With the fourth overall pick in the 2012 Cincy Jungle Mock Draft, the Cleveland Browns select.....
Justin Blackmon, WR, Oklahoma State
While I personally think the Cleveland Browns would have been better off making a move to trade up in the draft to grab Robert Griffin III, the second-best thing to do is surround current quarterback Colt McCoy with the weapons he needs to succeed. That's something that the Browns have failed to do in the recent past.
The draft gets interesting here because there are several ways the Browns could go. They could grab Trent Richardson to replace Peyton Hillis or they could go defense as well. However, if they're going to stick with McCoy as their quarterback, they need to give him a good target. Blackmon is a No. 1 receiver at the NFL level and has the potential to give opposing secondaries fits. The Bengals, Ravens and Steelers all have top-tier wide receivers and the Browns need the same in order to get back on the same playing field as the rest of the division.
With Blackmon catching passes from McCoy, they may be able to do that.

Joe Goodberry's Instand Analysis:
This is where mock drafts gets interesting. The Browns could go four ways here. Jason chose to go with Justin Blackmon. Cleveland has said they're confident in Colt McCoy. If that's true, they'll need to add weapons around him. Blackmon isn't the deep threat they need, but he's a future 100-catch, 10-TD type of player in the Anquan Boldin mold.
