There are plenty of sports on television today. Lots of golf, some tennis, soccer, MMA, a ton of basketball and your daily infusion of baseball. There's even some boxing taking place in Cincinnati. What sports are on television for this Saturday?

British Open: Third-Round Play (In Progress, ESPN)
The third-round of the British Open features a surging Tiger Woods, looking to win his first major since the U.S. Open in 2008. However Brandt Snedeker and Adam Scott stand in his way.

Tennis: Atlanta Open (1:00 PM, Tennis Channel)
Gilles Muller looks to upset Go Soeda in the first match during the semifinal round.

MLS Soccer: New York vs. Philadelphia (2:30 PM, ESPN)
The New York Red Bulls are holding onto second place in the Eastern Conference with 35 points while the Philadelphia Union are one-point away from falling in last place.

Golf: American Century Championship (3:00 PM, ESPN)
Players expected to compete at the celebrity tournament includes Aaron Rodgers, Charles Barkley, Kevin Nealson, Dan Jansen and, wait for it, Dan Quayle.

PGA Tour Golf: True South Classic (3:00 PM, Golf Channel)
With most of the golfing world at the British Open, some noname golfers can make a mark at the Annandale Golf Club in Madison, Mississippi. Billy Horschel shot a 63 in a second round currently suspended due to weather (aka, God watching The Open).

MLB Baseball: Chicago White Sox at Detroit Tigers (3:30 PM, Fox)
The battle for first place in the AL Central has shortened to a half-game lead by the White Sox after Detroit nearly wiped out a 3.5 game lead leading into the weekend.

NBA Summer League: Miami Heat vs. Portland Trail Blazers (4:00 PM, NBA TV)
Basketball never ends with the Summer League showcasing younger talent in really small gyms.

Women's Tennis: Mercury Insurance Open (5:00 PM, Tennis Channel)
The semifinal round features Dominika Cibulkova vs. Nadia Petrova and Marion Bartoli vs. Yung-Jan Chan.

NBA Summer League: New Orleans Hornets vs. Golden State Warriors (6:30 PM, NBA TV)
More basketball.

MLB Baseball: Milwaukee Brewers at Cincinnati Reds (7:00 PM, Fox Sports Ohio)
Reds batters hit three solo homeruns while Homer Bailey struck out ten during another eight-inning outing giving the Reds a 3-1 win over the Brewers.

MLB Baseball: Chicago Cubs at St. Louis Cardinals (7:00 PM, WGN)
The Cardinals opened the three-game weekend series with a 4-1 win over the Cubs.

Tennis: Atlanta Open (7:00 PM, ESPN2)
Andy Roddick and John Isner clash in a battle of Americans during the semifinals of the Atlanta Open.

NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (8:00 PM, Speed Channel)
Timothy Peters holds onto a 12-point lead in the series standings heading into the tenth race of the season.

UFC 149 Preliminaries (8:00 PM, FX)
MMA undercard bouts including Court McGee vs. Nick Ring, Roland Delorme vs. Francisco Rivera, Ryan Jimmo vs. Anthony Perosh, Bryan Caraway vs. Mitch Gagnon.
