The 2013 Senior Bowl kicks off at 3 p.m. EST on Saturday in Mobile, Alabama, and practice began on Monday. While the Bengals haven't necessarily expressed any interest in any particular player, they have been seen out and about the field in Mobile. According to draftcountdown.com's Shane Hallam, Bengals representatives were seen talking to Chardon State guard Garrett Gilkey, giving him pointers after practice.
The Senior Bowl gives NFL coaches and scouts a good opportunity to get a look at college players that will be entering the draft in a game situation. It also gives them the opportunity to get to know some of the players both on and off the field.
Stay tuned for more updates throughout the week on the 2013 Senior Bowl.
