Open Thread: Minnesota Vikings Versus Green Bay Packers

Adrian Peterson and the Vikings travel to Lambeau to take on Aaron Rodgers and the Packers in the NFL's second playoff game of Wildcard Weekend.

Adrian Peterson will look to carry the Vikings to a second consecutive victory over division rivals the Green Bay Packers after rushing for over 400 yards against them in the regular season. On the other side of the ball, Aaron Rodgers will attempt to make up for losing out on a first-round bye in Week 17 when they lost to Peterson and the Vikings on the road.

Vikings starting quarterback Joe Webb will be the starter as Christian Ponder is out with an elbow injury, which adds an extra wrinkle in what has the potential to be an exciting game.

Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. and will be broadcast nationally on NBC.
