When the Cincinnati Bengals released their final practice report on Friday, they declared offensive guard Kevin Zeitler and defensive tackle Devon Still as out. Linebacker Rey Maualuga and safety Chris Crocker, both of whom were listed as doubtful heading into the weekend, joined them on the team's inactive list Sunday morning.
Maualuga did some morning workouts earlier in soggy conditions, but the work was more to continue rehabilitation efforts rather than testing for possible participation on Sunday. Vincent Rey is starting at middle linebacker.
Cincinnati also declared running back Rex Burkhead, offensive tackle Tanner Hawkinson, and wide receiver Ryan Whalen as out for Sunday's game against the Browns.
Hawkinson was more of a surprise due to Kevin Zeitler's injury. The team announced that Mike Pollak for Zeitler -- there were some that theorized that Whitworth could slide to left guard, with Clint Boling moving to right guard and Anthony Collins at left tackle. Instead of shuffling three positions, the Bengals stayed with one change on the offensive line. Trevor Robinson, who hasn't been active since week six against the Bills, will likely play a backup (or emergency backup if they reconfigure the offensive line).
As for the Browns, TE MarQueis Gray, LB Brandon Magee, OLs Patrick Lewis, Martin Wallace, Garrett Gilkey, Reid Fragel, DT Ishmaa'ily Kitchen, are out. Fragel is a former Cincinnati Bengals pick from the 2013 NFL draft.
