Schiano was fired after only two seasons, amassing an overall record of 11-21, including a four-win season in '13. But there were more issues than just the record, a lot of it complete embarrassment. The Josh Freeman saga started it but the MRSA outbreak didn't help.
Schiano isn't expected to be out of a job long. Penn State's athletic director believes that they'll lose Bill O'Brien to the NFL at some point, preparing for a "strong push" for Schiano.
