Top Stories of 2013: No. 8, Our Little Football Ninja

Continuing our top-ten stories of 2013, we come to a rookie running back that we've dubbed "our little football ninja". It fits.

Andy Lyons

Thank you, Carson Palmer. For if you had not demanded a trade, the Bengals wouldn't have gotten one of their biggest offensive play-makers outside of A.J. Green. During the second round of the 2013 NFL draft, the Bengals selected running Giovani Bernard. By the end of the season, Bernard generated 1,209 yards from scrimmage, scoring eight touchdowns (five rushing, three receiving) and averaging 5.3 yards per touch.

I was going to write a couple of paragraphs about his importance to the team, what he brings in any situation and how versatile he is. Then I said screw it. I'll just show you.
