Bengals practicing indoors on Friday

The Cincinnati Bengals, with inclement weather in the region, will practice indoors on Friday.

The Cincinnati Bengals were scheduled to practice around 11 a.m. Friday morning, roughly in the neighborhood when the greatest winter storm of the week, of the year, of the decade, of the century, arrives. Most of the region will be weathering sheets of ice, freezing rain and other nasty sounding winter weather terms before giving way to a significant snow fall Friday afternoon.

As a result, the Bengals will be practicing at the University of Cincinnati on Friday inside the university's indoor practice bubble, away from the elements. Being the northern-most NFL city without an indoor practice facility, the Bengals reached an agreement with the University in 2011 to practice inside the bubble during days with inclement weather. Prior to that, Cincinnati would load into a bus and travel all the way to Mason to practice inside a sports facility... while the weather was an issue.

It's worth noting that the weather has a similar forecast on Sunday, if not worse.
