Ellerbe, an unrestricted free agent, has been with the Ravens for the last four years. In those four years, he has made 182 tackles, 5.5 sacks and picked off one pass. Ellerbe didn't step into a starting role until the Week 7 of the 2012 season, and according to Pro Football Focus, he finished the 2012 season with an overall grade of 5.4, excelling both as a run and pass defender.
This is the second linebacker the Ravens will lose after the 2012 season as future hall of famer Ray Lewis retired following the team's Super Bowl win this past February.
