After hosting return specialist and wide receiver Ted Ginn Jr. last Thursday, there was a feeling that the Bengals were interested enough to chat with his agent over the weekend. Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis told reporters on Sunday that "we haven't totally slammed the door" on Ginn, who wants to play closer to his home in Northern Ohio.
Yet. No signing.
In the meantime Ginn is keeping his options open, according to Aaron Wilson with the Baltimore Sun.

The Bengals front office and head coach Marvin Lewis are in Phoenix for league meetings, which concludes on Wednesday. So until they return, signings might be a little slow (or par for the course for the Bengals).
Cincinnati is looking for a return specialist with Brandon Tate, who filled the role last year, entering free agency.
