While the Bengals' talks with former Steelers linebacker James Harrison have "broken off," the team remains interested in signing Karlos Dansby, according to Ian Rapoport.
While talks with James Harrison/#Bengals have broken off, the team remains interested in Karlos Dansby. Nothing has ramped up yet tho

The Bengals brought both Dansby and Harrison in for a visit and it seemed as though they would be signing Harrison, but the two sides have been unable to come to an agreement.
The Bengals have Vontaze Burfict, who started the majority of the team's games at WILL in 2012, and they re-signed Rey Maualuga, who started at MIKE. They're in need of a new SAM linebacker after they lost Manny Lawson in free agency. However, many believe that the team could use a new starting WILL linebacker if they move Maualuga to the strong side, where he started the first two years of his career, and move Burfict to the middle.
Dansby has made 887 tackles, 31.5 sacks, forced 15 fumbles, recovered nine and intercepted 11 passes, returning two for touchdowns in his nine-year career.
