The Cincinnati Bengals have reportedly hosted free agent veteran safety Usama Young.

According to Joe Reedy with the Cincinnati Enquirer, free agency safety Usama Young recently visited with the Cincinnati Bengals.

Young, a former third-round pick with the New Orleans Saints, has spent the last two seasons with the Cleveland Browns, posting a career-high three interceptions and 1.5 quarterback sacks last year.

The Browns released Young along with linebacker Chris Gocong on April 2 in an effort to free nearly $6.6 million from next year's salary cap. Young was due $2.1 million this season, after signing a three-year deal worth $5.9 million in 2011.

Cincinnati is expected to address safety during the 2013 NFL draft with at least one of their early round picks, if not multiple picks. But that depends entirely on their confidence with guys like Taylor Mays, Jeromy Mays, Tony Dye, George Iloka and Robert Sands.
