Chad Johnson sentenced to 30 days in jail after a plea deal fell through

Former Bengals wide receiver Chad Johnson shows why he's a complete idiot that fails to grasp simple things that most humans have understood since they were ten years old.

Handout

Former Bengals wide receiver Chad Johnson was sentenced to 30 days in jail for violating his probation after a plea deal with prosecutors "fell apart" according to ESPN because Johnson is, well, an idiot.

Broward Judge Kathleen McHugh rejected it after Johnson playfully slapped his attorney on the behind in court. McHugh says Johnson wasn't taking things seriously enough, even after he apologized. McHugh also extended Johnson's probation for three months.

Johnson, who was arrested and charged with domestic battery against his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada, just doesn't get it. The childish antics and playful attitude is driving a wedge from common sense and intelligence to a belief that he's above reproach.

At some point he either needs to get a grip on how most people do things in this world, or fade away from existence, which may be the preferable choice.

During an ESPN interview on First Take, Johnson said:

"I'm going to be OK," Johnson said. "I'm OK now, but I put myself in this situation and I have to deal with everything. With life, I'm at peace with everything. I would love to finish my career off the right way. If it happens, I'm not sure. But I would like to."
