Grade the Bengals Offseason: Defensive Tackle

We're taking a look at each position and how the Bengals improved during the offseason, broken down by position. We present, you grade the results. After you grade, present your reasons.

End of 2012: Geno Atkins, Domata Peko, Pat Sims, Devon Still, Brandon Thompson
Start of 2013: Geno Atkins, Domata Peko, Devon Still, Brandon Thompson, Larry Black, Terrence Stephens

Now you're tasked with a thought.

Much like several positions undergoing insignificant roster changes, defensive tackle returns a four-man cast from veterans Atkins and Peko to second-year players Still and Thompson.

The biggest change?

Pat Sims leaving for the Oakland Raiders.

Now Cincinnati promotes Devon Still and Brandon Thompson, second and third year selections from the 2012 NFL draft respectively. Rookies Larry Black and Terrence Stephens were signed after the NFL draft.

Instead of a blanket question about the Bengals offseason at defensive tackle, the greater question we're asking... how do you grade the Bengals defensive tackle position with the departure of Pat Sims?
