Open Thread: Bengals Owner For A Day

The Bengals and the Brown family have been a bit of an easy target over the years for a variety of reasons. The success, the avoidance of the media and the perceived frugal nature of the franchise has made them a favorite punchline around those that follow the NFL. That's not to say that the team hasn't made some great decisions as well, because they have--particularly recently.

However, there are still some things that fans would like to see changed, added or removed from this team's roster, makeup and/or overall culture. Say you, the great Bengals fan, receive the opportunity to take full control of the team for a day and you have carte blanche to do what you please. What would you do? What changes would you make?
