With two episodes in the bag, HBO's Hard Knocks will reach the midway point in the five-episode season this Tuesday (10 p.m., ET). One of the storylines that we should expect, along with a continuation of previously established stories, is the competition between veteran and and up-and-coming linebackers positioning themselves on the team's depth chart. Also the game against the Tennessee Titans will be featured.
The third episode will premiere this Tuesday at 10 p.m. (ET) on HBO. Replay dates include Aug. 21 (6:00 p.m., 11:00 p.m.), Aug. 22 (2:30 p.m., 2:45 p.m.), Aug. 23 (10:00 a.m., midnight), Aug. 24 (11:30 a.m., 11:30 p.m.), Aug. 25 (10 a.m.) and Aug. 26 (10:30 p.m., 5:15 a.m.). The show also has two playdates on HBO2: Aug. 22 (1:30 a.m.) and Aug. 26 (7:00 p.m.).
A 30-person NFL Films crew is shooting up to 1,500 hours of video over the course of the series. Camera and sound crews are given unrestricted access to the players’ and coaches’ meeting rooms, training facilities, living quarters and practice fields.
