Jim Nantz and Phil Simms to Call Bengals vs. Bears Game

In anticipation of Week One of the NFL season, it looks as if the Bengals first regular season game will have two high profile sportscasters in the broadcast booth.

As the pregame coverage for the first Bengals game of the season wraps up on Sunday afternoon, September 8th, an overhead view of Soldier Field will beam from your televisions and you'll know that it's time for football; the first game of football that truly plays a role in how January fares for the Bengals.

As the realization sets in that football is back in full force, you'll hear the familiar voices of Jim Nantz and Phil Simms welcoming you to the 2013 season.

The last game that Nantz and Simms called was Super Bowl XLVII earlier this year. Now you'll hear the same voices that narrated the Ravens Super Bowl victory welcoming you to the start of the 2013 Bengals season. Hopefully, for Cincinnati fans, it's the start of a new regime in the AFC North.
