Cincinnati placed 18 players on waivers when the team announced their roster cuts and subsequent 53-man roster on Saturday. All of them went through the waiver process and if a team claimed that player, they were awarded him and the salary that came with it.
News and reports are starting to come through on which players were claimed.
The Philadelphia Eagles announced Sunday afternoon that they were awarded former Bengals cornerback Shaun Prater -- one of Cincinnati's fifth round picks from the 2012 NFL draft.
Prater spent his entire rookie season Injured Reserve with a knee injury. A three-year starter out of Iowa, Prater generated seven career interceptions and returned two for a touchdown (42 and 89 yards).
God is good its only dark temporarily but the light will shine again for another opportunity lets go to work. Eagles
