Browns take a 3-0 lead over the Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens strung together a 12-play drive for nearly 50 years and four minutes worth of clock and came away with nothing. Cleveland's defense finally firmed up after being pressed downfield when Barkevious Mingo dropped quarterback Joe Flacco for a nine-yard loss. After a 12-yard reception to Marlon Brown and an incomplete pass through the back of the endzone, placed kicker Justin Tucker pushed a 50-yard field goal attempt wide right.

The Browns answered with a 53-yard reception to tight end Jordan Cameron from their 40-yard line on the first play from scrimmage, pushing Cleveland inside the Ravens ten-yard line. They were unable to tie the game, after a pair of minimal Trent Richardson gains led to an incomplete Brandon Weeden pass, well out of bounds. Billy Cundiff converted the 21-yard field goal to give the Browns a 3-0 lead.
