Dontay Moch was billed as a very fast guy that could rush the passer from the edge.
What the Bengals got was a 4 game suspension, a bunch of migraines and a foot injury. I had always rooted for the kid, I think his ability could be great on Sundays.
Moch spent three seasons with the Bengals before his eventual release during final cuts this pre-season. He is a Phoenix-area native. He attended Hamilton High in Chandler, Arizona. He missed all of his rookie season with a foot injury and migraine headaches. He followed that up by opening the 2012 season with a four-game suspension for violating the NFL's drug policy. At times Moch has shown some productivity when he made it onto the field. He can be featured at either outside linebacker or as a rush end.
We may get to finally see what he can do. The Arizona Cardinals are dealing with a bunch of injuries and have promoted Moch from the practice squad to the active roster.
This continues a trend of Bengals going to the Cardinals. Carson Palmer and Frostee Rucker have paved the way for the newest Arizona Cardinal, Moch.
