Green, who has missed three games this season (a fourth if you include the six-snap affair against Atlanta), has been dealing with strained ligaments in his foot.
How much Green plays on Sunday completely depends on the situation of the game.
"Green could get 30 snaps on offense, he could get more," writes Pro Football Talk, citing a source close to the situation. "If/when the game is in hand, the strong inclination will be to put him on the sideline and save him for Cleveland."
In four games played this season, Green has posted 17 receptions for 314 yards receiving and two touchdowns. However, if we exclude the game with the six-snap affair against Atlanta, Green has generated 100 yards receiving or more in two of his three games this year.
