VIDEO: A.J. Green Talks About Team, Foot Injury On "Dan Patrick Show"

Bengals star receiver A.J. Green has had a couple of good games this year, but has also missed time because of a toe/foot issue. Green appeared on "The Dan Patrick Show" to talk about the state of the Bengals and his injury status.

It's been a frustrating beginning of the year for Pro Bowl receiver, A.J. Green. After having a monster game in the season opener against the Ravens, which included the game-winning touchdown, he has battled a nagging foot/toe injury. It's been so nagging that it's forced Green to miss two full games and basically another against the Falcons when the issue flared back up.

He went to see a specialist in North Carolina and the hope is that he will play Sunday when the Bengals face Baltimore again--this time at home. For a game that sits at the middle of the season, it could be monumental for the outlook of the rest of Cincinnati's season. After the team's devastating 27-0 loss to the Colts, Green told teammates he was playing this week. Head coach Marvin Lewis didn't say the same, but did note that his young star is "making tremendous progress".

Green appeared on "The Dan Patrick Show" on Tuesday to talk about a multitude of topics. Did he give any clues on his status for Sunday? Watch and find out.
