Cincinnati Bengals running back Giovani Bernard, selected in the second round of the 2013 NFL draft, was named to the Pro Football Writers of America All-Star team, the organization announced on Tuesday. Bernard generated 1,209 yards from scrimmage in 2013, scoring eight touchdowns while becoming one of the more dependable components in Cincinnati's other inconsistent offense.
