The Minnesota Vikings are in "interest in everyone" mode right now, after the team recently fired head coach Leslie Frazier during Black Monday. One unconfirmed report has the Vikings planning an interview with Mike Zimmer, which can't happen until after the bye week.
However, Ian Rapoport with the NFL Network reports that the Vikings are interested in offensive coordinator Jay Gruden and defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer.
Hear #Vikings will have interest in both #Bengals coordinators: OC Jay Gruden & DC Mike Zimmer. If they win this week, gotta keep waiting

Coaches on playoff teams that are playing this week, aren't allowed to interview for position until Jan 12 -- hence why actual "interest" is mostly quiet with Bengals assistant coaches.
However, the Vikings are doing their due-diligence. They have scheduled interviews with Seattle Seahawks defensive coordinator Dan Quinn and and Seahawks offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell. There is also reported interest in Arizona defensive coordinator Todd Bowles, Denver defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio, UCLA head coach Jim Mora and San Diego offensive coordinator Ken Whisenhunt.
