The Bengals are in a dogfight with the Carolina Panthers, and their running game has been what's kept them in this game.
Though Giovani Bernard and his 89-yard touchdown run will get all of the praise, Jeremy Hill has provided a nice spark off the bench, until he left the game in third quarter with what looked like a knee injury.
Following a run, Hill left the field and then went to the bench to be attended to by trainers. The Bengals later said Hill suffered a knee bruise and his return was "probable".
Before leaving with the injury, Hill had five carries for 15 yards and four catches for 13 yards. He converted one first down.
