The Bengals look to bounce back to their winning ways as they take on the Colts in Indianapolis this weekend. It is not an easy task as they Bengals defense will try and control the NFL's hottest offense. We turn to Tecmo to find out what kind of game we should expect on Sunday.
The Bengals start with the ball and instantly find Andy Dalton on his back by a sack from Colts linebacker D'Qwell Jackson.
Dalton finds Giovani Bernard down the sideline for a huge gain. On the next play, Dalton is picked off on a bad pass inside the 5yd line.
Andrew Luck doesn't impress on his first pass attempt as the Bengals Terrence Newman picks the ball of and gives the Bengals the ball right back.
After a nice catch and run by Mohamed Sanu, Dalton throws another interception in the endzone to end the Bengals chances for a score.
At the end of the first there is still no score.
Geno Atkins and the Bengals defense plays strong and the Colts are forced to punt to the Bengals.
Unable to move the ball, the Bengals punt the ball back to the Colts. The Bengals defense is still holding strong as Emmanuel Lamur gets to Luck for the sack.
At the half there is still no score.
The second half starts much like the first for the Colts. Unable to move the ball they punt to the Bengals.
In what should surprise everyone as a defensive struggle, the Colts defense fails to allow the Bengals any room to move. Jerrell Freeman takes Dalton down and again, the Bengals punt.
At the end of the third there is still no score.
The Colts offense finally gets some traction and move the ball into Bengals territory. They fail to find the endzone but are set up for a field goal try.
It's good.
On the first play after the kickoff, Andy Dalton finds Jermaine Gresham on a long touchdown throw that he had to dive for. Gresham comes up with the catch and gets the Bengals on the board.
Andrew Luck has 2 minutes to get the Colts into position for the win. The Bengals defense comes up huge as Luck's pass is intercepted.
The ball is then fumbled and the Colts recover. The Bengals blew an opportunity to put the game away.
In Bengals territory the Colts drive stalls and they are faced with a 4th and 2. The Bengals defense destroys the Colts offensive line and stops the run short of the line to gain. Bengals ball.
The Bengals hold on for a 7 to 3 win on the road.
