A.J. Green and Andrew Whitworth miss Bengals practice

A.J. Green was once again on the rehab field attempting to get his body ready to go Sunday vs. one of the NFL's most physical defenses.

The Bengals were back on the field Thursday for their second practice before facing the Ravens on Sunday. Unsurprisingly, A.J. Green was once again not actually practicing, but he was again on the rehab field attempting to get his body ready to go Sunday vs. one of the NFL's most physical defenses.

The hope is that Green will be able to get a full practice in Friday, so he's able to play Sunday. This may be a case of Green does play Sunday, but is used as nothing more than a decoy. Friday's practice will go a long way in determining how much, if at all, hep lays vs. Baltimore.

Offensive tackle Andrew Whitworth did not practice Thursday as he was given a veteran's rest day. With the Ravens bringing in their fearsome pass-rushing trio of Terrell Suggs, Elvis Dumervil and Pernell McPhee (16 combined sacks), Whit is one of Cincinnati's two or three most important players this week.
