After falling to last-place in the AFC north just two weeks ago, the Pittsburgh Steelers have surged into a tie for second place after a convincing win over the Indianapolis Colts in Week 8, 51-34.
Ben Roethlisberger set several franchise passing records, throwing for 522 yards and six touchdowns as the Colts had no answer for him. It does help when you've got arguably the best receiver in football, as Antoni Brown caught 10 passes for 133 yards and two scores. Ben also became the first QB in NFL history to throw for 500 yards in two games in his career.
It was Brown's amazing catch in the second quarter that gave Pittsburgh a 28-10 lead, and it will go down as one of the best catches of Week 8.
The Steelers improved to 5-3 overall and now have a date with the Baltimore Ravens in Week 9 on Sunday Night Football that will see the winner take sole possession of second place in the AFC North. The winner could also ascend into first place if the Bengals slip up and lose to the lowly Jaguars, but let's hope that doesn't happen.
