Stop if me if you've heard this line before: The Bengals can't seem to catch a break on the injury front.
With Vontaze Burfict, Marvin Jones, Kevin Zeitler and others dealing with injuries that have cost them multiple games, the last thing Cincinnati needs is an injury, to arguably their best player.
That's exactly what they got Wednesday, as All-Pro receiver A.J. Green appears to have re-aggravated his toe injury that he previously suffered in Week 1 vs. the Ravens.
AJ green appears to have tweaked his toe again. Threw shoe off in disgust after warm ups. He is leaving field on a cart

A.J. Green just got carted off practice field while practice is open. He let out an audible sigh as he rode off. Possibly his toe #Bengals

Only exercises the #Bengals were doing before Green got carted off were plyometrics and stretching. May have aggravated it then.

This is the last thing the Bengals need right now. The good news is Vontaze Burfict and and Kevin Zeitler are back.
However, Marvin Jones is still out, and if he and Green miss this week, that leaves Mohamed Sanu, Brandon Tate, James Wright and Dane Sanzenbacher to get the bulk of the receiver snaps.
Hopefully, this latest setback to Green doesn't keep him out too long. It's clear Cincinnati can't afford another loss at the wide receiver position.
