Fantasy Football: AJ Green and Marvin Jones injuries mean Mohamed Sanu is must-add

Mohamed Sanu will likely be the No. 1 receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals this week. That means he's a worthy fantasy football play vs. the Carolina Panthers.

The Bengals can't seem to catch a break on the injury front, particularly at wide receiver. Three receivers have missed games due to various injuries, including James Wright (concussion), Marvin Jones (broken foot) and AJ Green (toe).

Now, Green may miss several more games after re-aggravating his toe injury during Wednesday's practice. It already looks like he'll miss this week vs. the Carolina Panthers.

This means that Mohamed Sanu will likely be the No. 1 receiver in Cincinnati this week. Only Brandon Tate and Dane Sanzenbacher would be behind him Sanu has a big opportunity here and he might actually be worth starting.

Last week, Sanu had five catches for 70 yards and a touchdown against one of the best defensive backfields in the league in the New England Patriots (7th-fewest points allowed to WRs).

Carolina is allowing the 5th-most points to WRs, and Sanu figures to get 10+ targets this week. In most weeks, he's a spot starter that's not necessarily even owned in even 50% of fantasy leagues.

However, this week he's a must-add and a high-end WR2 play, which will remain the same as long as both Green and Jones are out.
