Bengals vs. Saints Inactives: Giovani Bernard, Andre Smith, Devon Still out

The Bengals are once again without running back Giovani Bernard as they get set to face the Saints. That leaves rookie Jeremy Hill to make his third NFL start, and more and more the decision to spend a second-round draft pick on him is looking better and better.

As for right tackle Andre Smith, he too is out while dealing with a bum ankle, and Marshall Newhouse is set to start in his place.

Weakside linebacker Vontaze Burfict is out, leaving Vincent Rey to start in his place.

A surprise inactive is defensive tackle Devon Still, and taking his place is rookie defensive end Will Clarke, who has been inactive most of his first NFL season.
