With another full slate of NFL Sunday action on deck, here is a look at the weather reports for today's action. [NOTE: The first team listed is the home team]
Atlanta Falcons vs. Cleveland Browns: Sunday, 1 p.m. (CBS)
Weather: Dome.
Josh Gordon makes his debut in a dome, and with an enigmatic Browns running game, he could get a lot of targets in his first game of the year.
Chicago (-5.5) vs. Tampa Bay Sunday, 1 p.m. (Fox)
Weather: Rain. High near 50. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
Soldier Field usually hosts one of two games per year that feature terrible field conditions as the result of rain and/or snow. This is shaping up to be one of them, making life hard for these two offenses that favor the passing game.
Houston Texans vs. Cincinnati Bengals: Sunday, 1 p.m. (CBS)
Weather: Dome.
For the second week in a row, the Bengals play in a dome, and given last week's blowout at New Orleans was their best game of the year, there's reason to hope Cincinnati keeps their hot play going in Houston.
Indianapolis Colts vs. Jacksonville Jaguars: Sunday, 1 p.m. (CBS)
Weather: Dome.
The Jaguars are coming off their bye, while the Colts are get their Week 12 bye.
Minnesota Vikings vs. Green Bay Packers: Sunday, 1 p.m. (Fox)
Weather: A chance of rain before 2 p.m., then a chance of rain and sleet. Cloudy, with a high near 40. South wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 50%.
Ugly weather conditions look like they'll affect this game, but both teams have shown they can run the ball effectively.
New England Patriots vs. Detroit Lions: Sunday, 1 p.m. (Fox)
Weather: A slight chance of showers before 10 a.m., then a slight chance of showers after 5 p.m. Partly sunny, with a high near 49. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
What feels like a rare occurrence in a November Foxborough game should happen Sunday if the projection of sunny weather with mild temperatures in the 40s hold up. That's good news for the dome-friendly Lions.
Philadelphia Eagles: vs. Tennessee Titans: Sunday, 1 p.m. (CBS)
Weather: A chance of rain, mainly after 1 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 54. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
The Eagles' high-flying passing game might be grounded a bit if rain hits, but the Titans defense gives up a ton of yards through the air and on the ground.
San Diego Chargers vs. St. Louis Rams: Sunday, 4:05 p.m. (Fox)
Weather: Mostly sunny, with a high near 71.
Did I mention this is the time of the year when I (and most people living far from the beach) hate California?
Seattle (-6.5) vs. Arizona: Sunday, 4:25 p.m. (Fox)
Weather: Rain. High near 49. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
The Seahawks defense could get help stopping Arizona's high-flying offense with rain affecting this game.
Denver Broncos vs. Miami Dolphins: Sunday, 4:25 p.m. (CBS)
Weather: Partly sunny, with a high near 42.
With Peyton Manning as their quarterback, the Broncos are 7-1 ATS following a straight-up loss. They covered as the favorite in six of those games.
San Francisco 49ers vs. Washington: Sunday, 4:25 p.m. (CBS)
Weather: Mostly sunny, with a high near 64.
New York Giants vs. Dallas Cowboys: Sunday, 8:30 p.m. (NBC)
Weather: Rain likely, mainly after 9 p.m. Cloudy, with a low around 47. Chance of precipitation is 70%.
Ugly weather on Sunday night makes for an ugly primetime matchup between two bitter rivals.
