When the Bengals drafted Dave Lapham in 1974, trainer Marv Pollins picked him up from the airport and dropped him off at 800 Evans St. in Lower Price Hill.
"When we drove in, Marv said, ‘Here's home’ and I’m like, ‘Really?’" Lapham said. "There was stuff leaking out of the viaduct and dripping on the ground. The place looked like an Alfred Hitchcock movie."
