The Cincinnati Bengals will be without two offensive starters vs. the Cleveland Browns with right tackle Andre Smith and running back Giovani Bernard. They'll also be down three defensive starters with cornerback Leon Hall and linebackers Vontaze Burfict and Rey Maualuga out. Most of these guys are expected to return in Week 11 vs. the New Orleans Saints, and some of them could have played had this been a normal week with seven days in between games.
