The Bengals hit the field Wednesday for their first pre-Browns practice, and several players who missed last week's game against Pittsburgh were not practicing today.
Defensive end Margus Hunt and wide receiver James Wright were held out in addition to cornerbacks Adam Jones and Dre Kirkpatrick. Hunt is still battling an ankle injury that's caused him to miss the past three games, and now it appears he could miss Week 15 as well.
Wright is battling a knee injury that caused him to miss last week, just as he was starting to ascend into the No. 3 receiver role. If he's out this week, Brandon Tate will keep that role with Greg Little also getting snaps.
As for Kirkpatrick, he's dealing with a foot injury that was not evident during Sunday's loss to the Steelers. Butch Hobson reported that it's Kirk's Achilles that's bothering him. Jones is dealing with a chest injury.
Neither injury is thought to be serious enough to keep them out this week. Offensive lineman Mike Pollak got a rest day after a solid debut as the starting right tackle.
